This time of year it is so beautiful...I weighed in this a.m. and I was down 2.5 lbs. Yippee!! It gave me the incentive at the Red Hat meeting today to be VERY careful. We had a fingerfood potluck tea as we made plans for this year. There was sooo...many good things, but I managed to only take a few things and very small helpings. |

I'll make a plate of veggies and use good tasting dip and just munch or pick chemo therapy at it as I walk but...feels like I'm eating all day, but not over doing it. guest Reply More 01-10-06 8:42 AM Well I was up bright and early this morning at 4:30am.
