I have earned it.I have never followed WW and am losely following the Heart Smart Diet. However I don't deprive myself of anything much anymore, just take it in moderation. The fact is that in the last couple of months I really haven't had a craving for junk or sugar so I've been doing pretty good. Overdid it a bit for Christmas but it will level out. |
