One short essay on "Don't go there" I practice on a regular basis. That's when I start running those negative klutz "tapes" through my head.For me the WW program is what you describe. I knew when I started my program this time I needed to do something that was real for me, and so I adapted the program to my life.Anyway, one of the things that really helps me now is the support group on the threads. Everyone, every now and then needs to have a pj day! Total relaxation! One thing about working at home, for me, no one knows when you are wearing pj's;)I hear ya about laughing at one's self more. I don't know what it is but past 50, things don't bother you as much. My attitude is, it is what it is, life. Then you move on. I've learned to love life a lot more. I'm not so serious. Putting things into perspective and trying not to reinvent the wheel every time I needed to accomplish anything, has really helped.
