| Also, if you haven't eaten breakfast regularly before starting on your new eating program, it may take your body awhile to get used to it.Hope everyone has a over 50 housing great day.Judy InvestNLinda Reply More 02-9-06 2:16 PM judy, that is such a great suggestion to look at the loss in 10 lb increments i never would have thought over 50 housing of that!! i like it!!i am doing the fresh cuisine from ediets, it is the only way i can do this at least over 50 housing to get started. i have to tell myself that if it did not come from ediets, i can't eat it. my portion control had gotten soooo out of line, and i was also mindlessly eating (a cookie here, two cookies there) and impulse eating (oh its just ONE candy bar). plus i have insommnia and would eat at 2:00 a.m. which i thought was "helping" me get back to sleep. now i just watch bad TV till i get sleepy.plus |
