I listened occasionally but I felt annoyed by the clones who phoned in because they were all lame imitations of Jim himself. If they decided to take pauses in their rants he would cut them off just to be an ass. He was taken off the rotation only to be put back a year later. I find that I enjoy his show much more now, especially his interviews, but still have trouble with some of the patronizing callers. Jim Rome seems to be a decent individual with class, morals and knowledge to go along with his showmanship. |
