Jason's Interests I tend to think of myself as someone that isn't easily bought and sold into a certain type of music just so I tekst can be cooler, sexier, or more popular. Even though I have listened to popular music in the past, I didn't listen to it because it was played on the tekst radio. I listened to it because I believe that somehow, some way it spoke to me or played some relevance to whatever was going on in my life. tekst I thought I owned a piece of the music that was being played for me because it became a soundtrack to life's events, either good or bad. Somewhere in my musical journey of finding what I liked and didn't like I discovered punk and it's pissed off bratty little brother, hardcore and everything was downhill from there. Sure it's cool and somewhat rebellious to listen to punk/hardcore when you are teenager and into your early twenties as you dye your hair or learn to mosh hard but once you hit your mid-twenties people tend to start fading away from hardcore and start listening to indie rock.
